Sitting peacefully at the eastern end of the same beautiful bay, Kalamaki seems far away from the bright lights of Laganas.

The main attraction here is the glorious sandy beach. The water is shallow for some way, making it ideal for youngsters.

There are, of course, some very good bars and tavernas, for those who like a good English breakfast.
